Here are the hostages released by Hamas and those remaining in Gaza

More than 240 people are thought to have been abducted Oct. 7.

Israeli government spokesman Eylon Levy said Friday that 137 hostages remained in Gaza. The number includes 15 whom the government said were killed and their bodies still held by Hamas, bringing the estimated number of living hostages still being held in Gaza to 122.

The majority of them are Israelis or dual nationals, and male. Fewer than 10 Americans remain in captivity in Gaza, according to John Kirby, spokesman for the White House National Security Council. The only children on Israel’s list of remaining hostages are Kfir Bibas, who was 9 months old when he was abducted, and his 4-year-old brother, Ariel. Israel has said it is assessing Hamas’s claims that the Bibas children and their mother, Shiri, were killed.

Eleven of the remaining hostages are foreign nationals, Levy has said. The remaining 11 foreign nationals include eight Thai citizens, one Nepali, one Tanzanian, and one French-Mexican, according to Levy.
