Questions surround death row inmate amid scheduled execution

Missouri plans to execute death row prisoner Marcellus Williams on Tuesday. He was convicted of murdering a newspaper reporter in 1998, which he has always denied. But state’s governor has said he will not stop the execution, despite there being significant questions about Williams’ guilt.
