Pippa Middleton’s strategic action has led to a significant improvement in relationships within the Royal Family.
A property expert exclusively shared with GB News that Pippa Middleton’s children have “fostered a closer relationship” with George, Charlotte, and Louis following a key move.
Pippa, the younger sister of Princess Kate, married hedge-fund billionaire James Matthews in 2017 and initially resided in West London.
However, in 2022, the couple relocated their family of five to the Berkshire countryside, placing them near both the Princess of Wales and their mother, Carole Middleton.
Liam Gretton, a bespoke estate agent, provided exclusive insights to GB News about this move and its effects on the relationship between Pippa’s and Kate’s children.
He said: “As a bespoke estate agent, I often see families choosing to move closer together for support and connection.
“It’s clear that family unity is important in today’s digital world, whether you’re related to the Royal Family or not.
“Proximity allows for more frequent interactions, which naturally strengthens family bonds.
“Being closer enables Pippa and the Princess of Wales to support each other more readily, fostering a closer relationship not just between them, but also among their children.
“This move likely enhances their ability to maintain a supportive family network, which is a valuable aspect of any family relationship.”
Raj Chohan, a former Apprentice candidate, also spoke exclusively to GB News about the move from London to Berkshire.
She said: “Pippa and the Princess of Wales have always seemed to maintain a close relationship throughout their lives, and I imagine their bond has only strengthened since Pippa moved closer to Kate.
“Pippa and her husband, James Matthews, moved to Bucklebury Farm, which is near Adelaide Cottage in Windsor where the Princess of Wales resides.
“This proximity will have allowed the sisters to spend more time together and support each other more easily away from the public spotlight.”
Pippa and James Matthews have three children: Arthur, aged five, Grace, aged three, and Rose, aged two.
They are first cousins to Prince George, who is eleven, Princess Charlotte, who is nine, and Prince Louis, who is six.
The Matthews family resides at Bucklebury Farm in Reading, which is approximately a 55-minute drive from Adelaide Cottage, the home of the Wales family in Windsor Great Park.
