Pakistan duo available for Australia clash after injury, fever scare


The Pakistan cricket team received a boost ahead of their upcoming World Cup match against Australia on October 20 in Bengaluru.

According to sources, opener Fakhar Zaman and leg-spinner Usama Mir have fully recovered from their respective ailments and are available for selection for the crucial match. 

Zaman had been struggling with a knee injury, while Mir has been battling fever.

After arriving in Bengaluru from Ahmedabad, Pakistan will have their first training session on Tuesday.

So far in the tournament, Pakistan has secured two victories in three matches, but their lone defeat came against their arch-rivals, India.
