More flooding in California with rain expected to continue

Another series of storms are causing flooding and mudslides throughout California and could spur tornadoes. CBS News correspondent Carter Evans has more on the conditions on the West Coast. And Jen Carfagno, a meteorologist for The Weather Channel, joined CBS News with the forecast.
